DID YOU KNOW?        St. Clair County is called the blue water area because our river connects Lake Huron to Lake St. Clair as a part of the Great Lakes International Waterway & because on some days the river is deep blue, despite being only about 30 ft. deep.  It is also aqua, green, brown or has white caps or is completely flat like glass on other days.
